This product is part of the XY2C range, latching emergency stop rope pull switches. It is ideal for all machines requiring stopping of dangerous movement in the immediate vicinity of the machine. It is suitable for applications such as woodworking machines, shears, conveyor systems, printing machines, textile machines etc. This emergency stop rope pull switch has two normally closed and one normally opened, slow break contacts with positive opening operation. It is a switch with a rated operational current of 0.1A at 250VDC, 1.5A at 240VAC. The casing is made of Zamak (red) with galvanized steel cover. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. Switch has one 1/2in NPT tapped conduit entries. The trigger cable anchor point is at right and left hand side. Switch is has a pull reset button and a color indicator. It is compliant with UL, CSA, EN/IEC, EN/ISO, and CCC standards and is IP66 and IP67 rated. The XY2 line of switches come in a robust metal enclosure so they can be used in severe environments and they conform to EN/ISO 13850 and EN/IEC 60947-5-5.
