AJ Hurst offer an in-house customer specific printing service to take care of all your marking needs and thus eliminating the need to stock various labour intensive numbering systems from third party suppliers.

How do we use this service? It’s simple, you tell us the products/manufacturer you are using, supply us with your numbers or references and let us do the rest…it really is that simple! Remember our marking service is optimally tailored to your needs: you can just place your order via e-mail.

What system do we use for marking? We use the BLUEMARK system from Phoenix Contact. This provides quick and easy labeling, e.g., for plastic labels in UniCard format. In addition, thanks to its high speed and large-capacity magazine the printer is optimally equipped for printing large quantities. Our printer uses a special fluid made from liquid plastic with embedded ink particles. It is hardened by UV light. Labeling is therefore immediately wipe and scratch-proof.

Software. The CLIP PROJECT software is at the heart of the marking system, the data for each marking material is stored in the software. We create you labels to your specification within the software and print accordingly, once this has been done the files are stored so any repeat orders can be quickly printed and dispatched. Alternatively we can supply you with the software FOC so you can import your labels straight from your CAD package.

Terminal Marking

Clear and precise terminal markings are available for all requirements and I a wide range of versions. This services is not only for users of our own Phoenix Contact brand of terminals, we have specific markers for users of terminal blocks from other manufacturers, such as:-
